GB/T 20MnTiB Special Alloy
This is a substitute steel for 20CrMnTi, an alloy structural steel with good mechanical properties and process properties. The critical hardenable diameter in oil is 14~27mm. It has good machinability after normalizing and has excellent fatigue strength and deformation after heat treatment. And the notch sensitivity under bending load after carburization is no less than that of 20CrMnTi; in addition, the tendency of grain growth during carburization is smaller, so the temperature can be lowered (not lower than 800℃) and quenched after carburization, but during heat treatment The deformation amount is slightly larger than that of 20CrMnTi.
